Notarizing a document feels like a small task until it stands between you and something that matters. A visa interview. A university application. An employment agreement. When the process stalls, the consequences are real: lost time, missed deadlines, and opportunities that don’t wait. We built Notary Africa because the current system fails the people who need it most. Long queues, confusing steps, and unreliable service should not be the price of getting a document verified.
Legal processes don’t have to feel this difficult, and they certainly don’t have to be slow. Notary Africa exists to make notarization straightforward, consistent, and accessible to everyone. Every notary lawyer on the platform is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least five years of legal practice experience and they can be verified via the Judiciary Advocates Management System or the Law Society of Kenya Member Portal.
